"I have been training in one form or another for most of my life, and I’ve never run across a work out like Jeff’s. After a year of classes, my flexibility has increased dramatically, as has my general muscle tone. Any time Jeff is running a workout, I know I am going to leave everything I have out on the mat.
On the Jujitsu side, Jeff is a patient instructor and a knowledgeable teacher. He takes his time explaining each step of a lesson and is very organized in his progressions. He always brings energy to spare and his positive attitude is as consistent as it is contagious.

"Jeff is my lead instructor for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I am a police officer in my 17th year and am the lead defensive tactics instructor for my agency. "I've been training in Martial Arts for over 14 years now, I'm 19. I've been through numerous cardio, weight, and fat burning exercises but none have yet to compare to Jeff Wooten's muscle endurance workout plan.
After pulling my lateral ligament in my left knee I had to sit out of Jiu Jitsiu and Muay Thai for serveral months, Jeff gave me the knowledge of why my knee was in so much pain and what I could do to treat it. Ever since then my knee has been healing quite nicely and I can still perform at 100% while working out!
I've completely dropped all my other weight training exercises and converted to Jeff's muscle endurance workouts. He incorporates breathing, stretching (Power Yoga), and muscle enhancing workouts that promise you results FAST. Resistance, endruance, and muscle training are the key factors for winning a fight.
After 4 months of Jeff's workouts I've gained 15 pounds on my bench. My flexibility and range of motion have increased too!
I would never support a workout unless I thought it worked, and believe me this is the best workout I've had in my life.
